Visit The Library

We invite you to schedule your class to visit the library. All library visits will include a grade-appropriate tour, along with a story time or book talk. Visits are open to all children attending school within the library's district and must be scheduled one month in advance.

The library offers several different types of kits. All kits are checked out for three weeks and renewable if not on hold.

Are you looking for a way to make storytime a more engaging experience for your little one but aren’t sure where to start? Look no further than our Storytime-to-Go Kits! Each themed kit includes books, a hand puppet, a book of rhymes, and a CD. The immersive storytime experience helps to foster a love of reading while also building early literacy skills.

Sensory kits are designed to assist children with sensory processing disorders. Each kit aids a different facet of sensory processing and includes a booklet that explains the function of each item in the kit. Funding for the sensory kits was provided by the Crete Woman’s Club.
