Museum Passes

Update 9/14/20: Brookfield Zoo is now honoring the Museum Adventure Passes!

We have Museum Adventure Passes. You may request them in-person only at the Patron Services Desk. Please check with each attraction before visiting for their current information about admissions.

The Crete Public Library District is proud to offer Museum Adventure Passes. Passes are only available to Crete Public Library cardholders in good standing who are 16 years of age or older and can provide a valid picture ID. Only one pass per family/address may be checked out at a time. The loan period is seven days. Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Passes cannot be reserved and must be checked out in person by the Crete Public Library cardholder.

Admission offers vary per museum. Some museums offer buy one, get one free, while another might admit a carload for free with the pass. If admission is normally free, another special discount may be offered. Passes MAY NOT BE DUPLICATED, are non-transferable, must be used by the patron checking out the pass, and may only be used once. Patrons may be asked for photo identification and their library card to gain admission to the participating museum. Abuse of a pass may result in the patron’s suspension from the program.

Check the list of participating museums for details on each cultural destination, including pass entry offers, restrictions to the passes, what discoveries await you at the various museums, and directions to the museums.
