ArticleFirst	An OCLC index of articles, some full-text, from the contents pages of journals and magazines. For most journls, ArticleFirst provides a list of libraries that have the journal title. Please ask at the Reference Desk for the authorization code.

Biography Resource Center	Full-text biographies on notable figures in literature, science, history, government, business, art, gender and multicultural studies, religion, entertainment and sports, as well as thousands of images and links to websites.

Books and Authors	Helps you answer the question "What do I read next?" with information on books, authors, genres and topics. Includes recommendations, read-alikes, award winners and librarian's favorites lists.

Business & Company Resource	Access a variety of global business information, including company profiles, brand information, rankings, investment reports, company histories, chronologies and periodicals.

ChiltonLibrary	Provides photographs, diagnostics, step-by-step repair procedures, wiring diagrams and more for automobiles and light trucks.

ClasePeriodica	CLASE indexes documents published in Latin American journals specializing in the social sciences and humanities, while PERIODICA covers journals specializing in science and technology. Please ask at the Reference Desk for the authorization code.

Communications & Mass Media Collection	Provides current and accurate information from more than 100 journals focused on all aspects of the communications field, including the key subject areas of advertising and public relations, literature and writing, linguistics and many more.

Community Organization Guide	The Community Organization Guide (COG) is designed to list non-profit organizations and agencies of the South Suburban Chicago area, which offer services and programs to the general public.

Computer Database	Use this database to find computer-related product introductions, plus news and reviews in areas such as hardware, software, electronics, engineering, communications and the application of technology.

Educator's Reference Complete	Full-text journals, reports and reference sources with content focused on educational principles, child development and psychology and best practices in education.

Enciclopedia Estudiantil Hallazgos	An encyclopedia for Spanish speakers and bilingual students.

Environmental Studies and Policy Collection	Covers environmental issues and policies, including diverse perspectives from the scientific community and governmental policy makers, as well as corporate interests.

ERIC	A collection of journal articles and reports in education, with some full-text. It contains annotated references to non-journal material issued in the monthly Resources in Education (RIE) and the journal articles issued in the monthly Current Index to Journals in Education (CIJE). Fine Arts & Music Collection	Full-text articles from journals covering drama, music, art history and filmmaking.

FirstSearch	FirstSearch provides seamless electronic access to dozens of databases and more than 10 million full-text and full-image articles. Gale Main Menu	A list of all of the resources published by Gale to which Crete cardholders have access. Includes resources for academic and personal research.

Gardening, Landscape & Horticulture Collection	Covers journals focused on key issues in gardening, landscaping, and other areas of horticulture. Content relates to both the practical aspects as well as the scientific theory of horticulture studies.

General OneFile	A one-stop source for news and periodical articles on a wide range of topics: business, computers, current events, economics, education, health care, humanities, politics, social science, sports and many more. Millions of full-text articles, many with images.

Government Printing Office (GPO)	U.S. federal government publications, including Congressional reports, hearings, debates, and records; judiciary materials; and documents issued by executive departments. Please ask at the Reference Desk for the authorization code.

Grolier Online Passport	Includes seven encyclopedia databases: Encyclopedia America, Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia, The New Book of Knowledge, La Nueva Enciclopedia Cumbre, America the Beautiful, Lands and Peoples, and The New Book of Popular Science.

Health and Wellness Resource Center	Provides access to trusted medical reference materials, including health/medical journals, pamphlets, articles from 2,200 general-interest publications, a broad collection of Gale reference titles, and drug guides. Also offers health-related videos.

Heritage Quest Online	HeritageQuest Online combines digital, searchable images of U.S. Federal Census records with the digitized version of the popular UMI Genealogy & Local History collection and other valuable content. Use your library card barcode to access HeritageQuest from home.

Home Improvement Collection	Covers home-improvement focused titles on such topics as architectural techniques, tool and material selection and zoning requirements to meet the needs of hobbyists and professionals alike.

Illinois Public Records	Provides information on recent real estate transactions, new businesses in the area, foreclosures and auctions, and bankruptcies in many Illinois counties.

Informe	Provides indexing, images and full-text of popular Latino magazines in the fields of business, health, technology, culture, current topics and other subjects.

I-Share Catalog	76 libraries in the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois (CARLI) contribute records to I-Share. This is a great place to find text books, scholarly titles, and hard to find resources in all disciplines. Contact the Reference Desk to request items from member libraries.

Lands & People	Published by Scholastic Library Publishing, a 1.1-million-word repository of text and images maintained by the encyclopedia's editorial and technical staffs.

Legal Forms Library	Access thousands of free legal forms, including official, state specific, federal, business, personal, real estate, and general legal forms covering hundreds of legal subjects and issues.

Morningstar Investment Research Center	Get comprehensive financial information on NYSE, ASE and NASDAQ stocks, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, as well as return information on various investment indexes and groups. You can access Morningstar from home or click here to use Morningstar in the library.

NoveList Plus	Your complete readers' resource with information on over 250,000 fiction and readable nonfiction titles included, plus feature content including lists of award-winning books, Book Discussion Guides, BookTalks, and Recommended Reads.

Nursing and Allied Health Collection	Covers all aspects of nursing, from direct patient care to health care administration. Useful to both professionals already working in the field and students pursuing a nursing-focused curriculum.

World History Resource Center	A comprehensive and unique global collection of resources, including an array of primary sources, and images, maps and charts, which provide expansive geographic and chronologic research materials for the study of world history. Supports world history curricula.

World Book Discover	A simpler version of the World Book Encyclopedia, appropriate for middle school and high school students reading below grade level, as well as ESL and adult literacy students.

World Book Kids	Features content and tools developed especially for young students. Offers simple navigation, easy-to-read articles, multimedia, interactive games and activities and teacher resources.

World Book Online Info Finder	Designed for school-aged patrons' homework and research needs. Based on the World Book Encyclopedia, this site features collections of multimedia on a variety of topics, science fair projects, a biography center, research guides and more.

World Book Online Reference Center	Designed to meet the more advanced research needs of high school students and above.

World Book Spanish Language Encyclopedia	An encyclopedia for Spanish speakers and bilingual students.
