Lincoln Legacy Learning Kits

Now available for checkout these learning kits contain books, reproduction documents, artifacts, photos, CD, and lesson plans for use in the classroom or homeschool, but are interesting for anyone interested in Lincoln or the time period.  The kits cover four topics: Lincoln's biography, Mary Todd Lincoln, the Civil War, and Slavery in Illinois.  Funding for this project was awarded to ALPLM by the Illinois State Library, a Division of the Office of the Secretary of State, using funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, under the federal Library Services and Technology Act.
